Instant Dial

The great advantage of Liquid Telecom's Instant Dial is that the price to call the access number includes the international call cost, so no need to register for an account and no need for a credit card. It's fast, easy-to-use and highly flexible.

Just follow these procedures to make an international call. It couldn't be more simple:

1. Select the destination you wish to call from the list below.
2. Dial the Liquid Telecom access number that comes with your chosen destination from any landline, mobile or payphone*. Please note that the last 2 digits of the access number indicate the cost of the call e.g. XXXX 10 = 10p.
3. Enter the number you're calling.

Things to note:

• The access number call charges are shown in pence per minute for calls made from the UK at any time on any day of the week. They are based on British Telecom Standard tariffs for UK residential customers.
• If you are not a BT residential customer or if you are calling from a mobile, please check tariffs and terms directly with your service provider.
• Some packages may allow you to use some 08 access numbers from your landline or mobile at a lower rate or even FREE. Always check with your service provider first.
• Always remember that if you do use your mobile, DO NOT use your phone book after dialing the access number and DO NOT press the 'SEND' button after dialing your destination number as you will already be connected to Liquid Telecom's network.
• Please ensure that you always have the bill payer's permission before you place a call.

How you are charged:

• You are charged per second - if you're a BT residential customer - from the time you connect to the Liquid network, which is after dialing the access number and before you enter your number.
• You will be charged at the service providers rates regardless of whether you connect to your number or not. We recommend that you hang up after a short time if calls are not answered.
• Service providers usually apply a minimum call charge.
• Our service - at our rates - is offered 24 hours a day and is subject to availability and subject to change without notification. Pricing information is correct as of May 2007. Any changes will be published immediately on this website when made.

How we are paid:

• Liquid Telecom Limited either own or rent the access numbers that you used. Your service provider pays us a substantial percentage of the call cost either directly or indirectly.
