Liquid Telecom - Global Access Numbers

To access our Liquid Telecom network from outside the UK, follow the following procedures:

Dial the access number for the country of your choice from the table below or use our Callback service.
Once connected, enter your account number and PIN.
After your account number and PIN have been validated, you can call worldwide using your Liquid Telecom account.

Cost of the call:

The total call cost is calculated by adding the charge per minute below to the Liquid Telecom rate (less a 1p/min) to call the end destination. When using Mobiles and Payphones a surcharge may apply.

Payphone and Mobile charges

When dialing Freephone numbers or other access numbers from abroad, a one off international set-up fee of 10p is levied. A per minute charge (shown above) to deliver the call to our network in the UK is incurred from the time you connect to the Liquid Telecom network, rregardless of whether you reach the destination number you are calling. This charge is added to the per minute rate you would pay as if calling from the UK to the destination that you wish to reach. Calls from payphones and mobiles may incur a surcharge.
For mobiles and payphone call charges, rates are shown in pence per minute. Mobile network charges vary, so always check with your service provider first.

Dialing codes:

After you have dialed your access number and entered your PIN, when calling always remember to use dialing codes as if ringing from inside the UK e.g. 0 for calls from the UK within the UK, and 00 for international calls.

Making Payment/ Topping Up:

When you reach your credit limit (Pay Monthly) or your credit runs out (Pay as You Go) you will be connected to the Top Up Line to credit your account.
When calling from a mobile in certain countries there can be a substantial surcharge for calling Freephone numbers. We therefore provide a local number to call wherever possible. The cost of this call will be charged by the mobile operator you are using, but the overall cost may be cheaper than dialing a Freephone number.
When calling from a payphone in certain countries there can be a substantial surcharge for calling Freephone numbers. We therefore provide a local number to call wherever possible. The cost of this call will be charged by the payphone network provider, but the overall cost may be cheaper than dialing a Freephone number.
