Here are 2 ways to set-up your CallBack sessions:

1. Via our website:

• Make sure that you have your Liquid Telecom account number and password and login to your account on our website.
• Then click 'Callback' on the menu.
• Select your CallBack number from the dropdown menu or enter a new number for the CallBack to be routed to.
• Enter the destination number you wish to call.
• Select when you would like to receive the call from the drop down menu. You'll have a choice of Now, 1min, 2min, 5min or 10min.
• Select 'Request CallBack' and you will receive a CallBack at your specified time.
• When you answer the CallBack, your call will automatically be routed to the destination number you specified. It re-dials your number 3 times if it is not answered.

2. From ANY touch-tone telephone:

• Each customer receives a unique Liquid Telecom access number that allows you to access the service from any touch-tone telephone anywhere in the world.
• Dial your unique access number, let it ring three times, and then hang up immediately. The system will not answer your call so you will not incur any phone charges at this stage.
• You will receive a CallBack within 30 seconds on the number you have pre-registered with Customer Care.
• You will then hear a voice prompt asking you to enter the number you wish to dial. Remember to include the international dial code (00) as if calling from the UK (or the national code (0) if calling a number within the UK.
• To end your call press # 9 before you hang up. This will ensure that you do not incur any additional charges.
• A line rental charge of £1.99/month applies to this option.

You can change the number you wish to be called back on at any time by calling Customer Care on 0845 241 4252 between the hours of 09.00 and 21.00 UK time from a landline or +44 20 7101 6123 from a mobile. You can also do so by logging in to your account on our website.
